Dual Sony STARVIS 2 Sensors with HDR

Front records in 4K on a Sony IMX678; the rear records in 2.5K on a Sony IMX675. Both are STARVIS 2 generation sensors with HDR processing, which is what lets the camera hold a licence plate inside a headlight flare instead of blowing the whole frame out.
