Orders placed on this site are fulfilled from our warehouse in New Jersey, United States. We currently sell and ship within the United States only.
Products, specifications and images
We describe every product as accurately as we can, and we check supplier claims before we publish them. Even so, specifications, packaging and included accessories are set by our manufacturing partners and can change without notice. Where a change affects what you receive, the product page is what governs your order.
Product photography is illustrative. Screens are shown with simulated footage, and colours can vary between displays.
If you spot something on this site that looks wrong, please tell us at support@dazadashcam.com. We would rather fix it than have a customer discover it after delivery.
Using a dash cam is your responsibility
Dash cams are legal to own and use in all 50 states, but the rules around them are not uniform, and they are yours to follow:
- Windshield mounting. Several states limit how much of the windshield a device may cover and where it may be placed. A mirror-mounted camera sidesteps this because it adds nothing to the glass.
- Audio recording. Some states require every party to a conversation to consent before it is recorded. If you drive rideshare or delivery, either display a notice in the vehicle or switch the microphone off in the camera menu.
- Sharing footage. What you may publish or hand to a third party can be limited by privacy law, particularly where other people or their vehicles are identifiable.
Rules differ by state and change over time. Please check the current requirements where you drive. We are not able to give legal advice on them.
A dash cam is a recording device, not a safety system
It does not prevent collisions, does not brake or steer for you, and is not a substitute for attentive driving.
Features such as parking monitoring, G-sensor file locking and loop recording depend on correct installation, a working memory card and available power. No recording device can be guaranteed to capture every event — memory cards wear out, power can be interrupted, and files can be corrupted.
We strongly recommend checking your footage from time to time and reformatting the memory card in the camera every one to two months. We cannot accept liability for footage that was not recorded, was overwritten, or could not be retrieved.

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where you reside within the United States, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection rights available to you there.
